Who can I contact for assistance during the event?A help desk will be available at the Crown Conference Centre Foyer on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Outside of these hours please contact the Events Manager Nicole Sullivan on 0430 590 895.

Are meals provided during the conference?Yes, meals are provided throughout the event, refer to the agenda for detailed timings. If you have a dietary requirement please ensure you email this through to Kate Arnst by Wednesday 16th of October.

What is the check in process at Crown Metropol?Please head straight to the lobby upon your arrival for check-in and request for Crown to hold your luggage until your room becomes available. Rooms will be available from 3:00 PM

Will transportation be provided between venues?Transportation will be provided for some parts of the event, such as the river cruise on Friday evening and a bus from Crown Metropol to Showtime Events Centre plus return trip on Saturday for the Gala Night. There will be walking portions including, no longer than 10 mins each. Please check the agenda for specific times and locations.

How do I register for the conference?Registration on Friday, 15th November is for leisure teams only at Crown Exhibition Hall Foyer, between 1:00 PM and 3:45 PM. Registration will continue upon embarkation of the boat cruise from 5:15 PM and again on Saturday, 16th of November at Crown Conference Centre Foyer on Level 2 from 8:30 AM

Will Wi-Fi be available during the conference?Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Crown Conference Centre for all attendees. Login details will be provided upon registration.

Where is the Crown Conference Centre located?The Crown Conference Centre is located at 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank, Melbourne, within the Crown Melbourne complex. It’s easily accessible from Crown Metropol, where attendees will be staying, keep an eye our for Goldman Group Conference 2024 digital signage.
